1. HOW TO ORDER
Firstly you have to select the product code no. Which you require written on top of each item & tell us. We will then send you the price list of the items required. We will send you the Performa invoice after you decide your order & then we start work on your order when you confirm our Performa Invoice and send us payment.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Our payment terms are 100% advance at the time of finalization of order for orders up to US$ 5000. For orders more than US$ 5000, 50% can send in advance and 50% when the goods are ready for shipment. Payment through Letter of Credit will also work. All prices are to be FOB.
3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We can accept payments by
- Bank Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer You can send us payment through T/T. We will provide you our banker’s information at the time of transferring of funds when you wish to place order. If the Customer has any problem in sending payment by Wire Transfer we assist him in doing so.
- By Western Union This is another easier method to send payment. The customers have to visit a Western Union Outlet in their area and send us the payment on the basis of the details that we provide to them.
- By Pay Pal Customers can also pay by Pay Pal . We can takes Small Payments Through Pay Pal.
4. MINIMUM Order Quantity
We accept minimum quantity of 2 Kg, for each design in one color for all types of beads. For fashion jewelry, the minimum quantity should be 100 Pcs. In each design. We accept any quantity from wholesalers as test/trial order.

5. PACKAGING
Most of the items are packed individually in small corrugated boxes and marked properly their product number. Small boxes are kept in a master cartoon up to weight of 20 to 30 kg of master cartoon to become handy.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery time of the goods for most items ranges is 20 to 30 days depending upon the quantity.
7. SHIPMENT OPTIONS
- Door-To-Door delivery by courier
Charges for quantity over 45 Kg. And up to 100 Kg. Is US$ 8 per Kg. For weight more than 100 Kg. the charges would be cheaper. The transit time would be approx.
- Air Shipment The charges are US$ 4.5 per kilo for above 45 Kg & US$ 3.5 per kilo for above 100 Kg. This service will be up to your nearest Airport only, from Airport you will have to obtain delivery of goods either by yourselves or through your shipping agent. The transit time time would be 7 days. If you desire shipment by Air, please mention nearest international airport in your purchase order.
- By Sea Shipment This mode of shipment is cheapest, but suitable only for bulk quantity. The transit time would be about 40 days and you will have to arrange agent to obtain delivery from sea port.
8. COURIER SERVICES
We generally prefer DHL, ARAMEX, FedEx, TNT, and UPS.
9. QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Please send us mail with item list & require qty .of the items in which you are interested to purchase in bulk qty, we will confirm you our best discounted competitive price within two working days.

We provide free samples on freight collection basis. You can either provide us with any of your courier account number of fedex/dhl/tnt/ups and we will immediately ship free samples or you can pay us for the courier or airmail charges and we will ship lots of free samples so that you can have a close look at the quality of our work.
